Schijnt nog al eens te gebeuren als het via Hong Kong gaat..
Mijn eerste 3 bestellingen zijn trouwens via Signapore gegaan, maar deze dus schijnbaar niet
We've received reports from the customers about their orders that shipped on 6/28 but still have not shown the tracking information on the Hong Kong Post website, after making a lot of phone calls and visiting the post office this morning, the Hong Kong Post confirmed that the packages have been returned by the Hong Kong customs, this might happened if one package in the bag has been suspected contained contraband goods when passing through the security check. This actually happens from time to time.
Usually, the Hong Kong Post Office will inform us within a few days if there is a return happened, but this time they didn't contact us about this issue due to the slow internal handling of the Hong Kong Post Office. Singapore Post do a very good job of informing problematic packages, they usually report to us within 24 hours. This is also one of the reason why we chose to shift most of the packages via Singapore Post.
We are e-mailing you to check if you would like us to resend the package. Because there is a lot of orders being affected, we're going to resend the package via Singapore Post if we didn't receive your reply within 24 hours. The tracking number will be sending to you within 48 hours because we need to shift the packages from Hong Kong Post to Singapore Post. Would be much appreciated your understanding on this arrangement.
Although this issue is beyond our control, we still feel the same frustration. We will watch closely on the tracking information of all orders from now on, and make sure this problem will not happen again.
